Mary Mabry started her career in Insurance with Chatham Insurance & Realty in the seventies. In 1995 a merger with Hackney Herring Insurance brought about Chatham-Hackney Herring, which then became Old North State Insurance in 2007.  With over thirty years experience in the business, Mary is here to help with any customer service issues you may have.

Mary has served as President of Chatham County Board of Realtors, is a member of Fellowship Baptist Church, Women’s Ministry Union Director, and works with the North Carolina Baptist Disaster Relief organization.

Mike Kennedy has recently joined the Old North State Insurance group.  After managing a retail furniture store for the past ten years, Mike brings years of valuable experience in customer relations and business management to Old North State Insurance.

Mike grew up in Siler City and is able to relate to the concerns of the people here.  He is also a former president of the Siler City Rotary Club and a member of the board of directors.  Mike is also a member of First Baptist Church and is on the deacon and finance boards. 

Mike and his wife, Missy, live in Siler City and have two daughters; Leslie, a graduate from Campbell University and Jennifer, who attends UNC-Wilmington.

Mike has recently joined the Old North State Insurance family after working in the motorcycle industry in North Carolina and in Florida since 1995. Mike worked his way up to a sales manager position for Powersports of Fort Lauderdale and then became the service manager for Palm Beach Cycles, moving over to the  to service side of the industry.

Mike grew up in Raleigh, and now he and his wife, Emily, live in Durham. Emily and Mike spent the last six years in Fort Lauderdale while Emily was working and getting her degree in graphics design and multi media web design.
